Ordering Information

▲Do I need to join the membership before ordering?

You must become a member to complete the software purchase. The customer information filled in after adding to the shopping cart is the final recipient (user) information.

▲After the order is confirmed, can I cancel or change the quantity and products?

Digital content on this website that is not provided in a tangible medium or online services that are completed once provided are not subject to the 7-day unconditional return policy in accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act.

▲I purchased the student version. Where can I upload a photo for my student ID?

After placing an order for the student version, please upload a photo of your student ID in the [Seller and Customer Order Communication] field of the order confirmation. Haoqing Company will confirm the purchase identity within about 3 working days. If the purchase qualification is not met, a refund will be made.





▲Why is the order cancelled?

1. The order must be paid within 2 days and the transfer details must be uploaded to inform the last five digits of the transfer. If the payment is not made within the payment deadline, your order will be cancelled.

2. If the purchase qualifications are not met, the order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded.

▲How to check order-related information?

Please log in as a member, go to "My Account", "Orders", and click "View" to check order information.





▲How long does it take to get the software license number after successfully ordering?

Within 4 working days after payment is confirmed and complete user information is provided.
